Information Technical Meeting II for Tenants

Hereby we would like to inform you regarding Technical Meeting II for the event Pasar Indonesia Raya 2019.
(Kami dengan ini mengundang para tenant untuk hadir dalam Technical Meeting II yang akan diadakan pada waktu dan tempat sebagai berikut:)

Important notes for tenants:

1. Attendance in Technical Meeting II is required !
All tenants are required to attend the meeting. In case you are not able to attend the Technical Meeting for some reasons, you need to appoint a representative.
Please contact and confirm this with the organizer team in advance.

During the Technical Meeting II, some detailed technical information regarding the Loading and Dropping process, security measures by Embassy, and other technical information will be given.
The ID Card for stand workers can also be picked up during the meeting.

1. Kehadiran tenant di Technical Meeting II adalah wajib !
Semua tenant diwajibkan untuk menghadiri Technical Meeting II. Bagi yang berhalangan harap menunjuk wakilnya atau menghubungi pihak panitia untuk memberikan informasi sebelumnya.
Selama Technical Meeting II, panitia akan menginformasikan beberapa detil informasi teknis terkait Loading & Dropping untuk stand, prosedur keamanan dan beberapa informasi teknis penting lainnya.
Dalam acara tersebut para tenant juga dapat mengambil ID Card untuk para pekerjanya.

 

2. Important ! Please complete all administrative procedure (Photo ID, Payment, etc.) before the meeting

All tenants are expected to have already completed all tenant-ship administrative procedure before coming to the meeting.
All payments should have been completed, The agreement letter should have been signed.

Please send the photos of your stand worker by the end of the week at the latest. The organizer need some time to prepare the ID card for your worker.
Remember if your stand workers do not get the ID cards, the access to the the venue will not be given by the security officers appointed by the Embassy.

Penting ! Mohon menyelesaikan semua persyaratan administrasi sebelum meeting tersebut

Semua tenants diharapkan telah menyelesaikan semua urusan terkait administrasi sebelum acara tersebut.
Pembayaran stand harus sudah dilunasi. Surat perjanjian peserta sudah ditandatangani.

Mohon segera mengirimkan foto ID para pekerja stand masing-masing,sebelum akhir minggu ini. Pihak panitia membutuhkan waktu untuk menyiapkan ID card untuk para pekerja stand.
Harap diketahui bahwa apabila pekerja stand tidak mengenakan ID maka akan dilarang memasuki area bazaar oleh para petugas keamanan yang telah ditunjuk KBRI
